How long will it take to receive our order?

We take between 1 to 2 business days to process your order.

On average, products will arrive between 4 and 10 working days after ordering in mainland France.

Outside mainland France, they take 5 to 12 working days.

Do you ship worldwide?

For now, we only ship to mainland France.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Voglans , France . Our warehouses are located depending on the products in France, Spain, Czech Republic and China.


Can we track the progress of our order?

Some items are missing from my order, is this normal?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?
