We send you photos throughout the process so you can approve every step. You have 48 hours to reply to each approval request; without a reply, production continues based on the details you provided.
A priority option is offered at checkout for deliveries within France only. For a gift with a fixed date, please plan ahead with the 25 to 35 day timeline.

What is the custom garden gnome made of?
Reinforced polymer clay. Resin is the traditional choice, but we chose not to use it because it leaves less room for touch ups and personalization.
Uncured, polymer clay is flexible and easy to shape; once baked, it becomes sturdy.
Is a custom garden gnome durable?
Once baked, polymer clay can absorb knocks.
To make it last as long as possible, here is what we recommend:
Avoid dropping your custom garden gnome and avoid exposing it to rain and sun; frequent exposure can cause slight warping or fading. It is best kept indoors, or under a porch out of direct sunlight.
How are these custom figurines made?
Our skilled artisans make each one by hand from the photos you send us.
They start with the face of the figurine and send you a photo for approval. They then build the body and style it after the model you chose.
How can I follow the progress of my order?
You receive the photos and progress updates by email.
At every step you can ask for changes free of charge if the figurine does not match your photos. Without a reply within 48 hours, we take it that you accept our proposal and continue production to avoid any extra delay.
Do you make custom garden gnomes for a wedding or a birthday?
Yes. Tell us the occasion, a wedding, a birthday, a graduation, and we will suggest suitable staging options.

How big is the figurine?
The standard size is 6 inches (15 cm). You can also choose 7 or 8 inches (18 or 20 cm); since this takes more material and a different scale, that option is charged extra.

With rare exceptions, we can handle all kinds of requests:

A sharp front facing photo is needed for the face. Please also add a photo of the clothing in the required field of the configurator. Extra views can help us get the details right.

Allow 25 to 35 days, production and delivery included. For a gift with a fixed date, order early enough to fit within that timeline.
Can I pay in installments?
