Handmade from polymer clay, this personalized gnome is 15, 18 or 20 cm tall (about 6, 7 or 8 in) depending on the option you choose. Allow 25 to 35 days, including making and delivery.
We will send you photos throughout the process so you can approve each step. You have 48 hours to reply to each approval request; without a reply, production continues based on the information provided.
For a gift on a set date, please allow for this lead time before ordering.

What is the personalized garden gnome made of?
Reinforced polymer clay. Although resin is traditionally used, we chose not to use it because it offers fewer options for touch-ups and personalization.
Before baking, polymer clay is flexible and easy to shape; once baked, it becomes sturdy.
Is a personalized garden gnome durable?
Once baked, polymer clay holds up well to everyday handling.
To help it last, here are our recommendations:
Do not drop your custom garden gnome, and avoid exposing it to rain and sun: frequent exposure may cause slight warping or fading. Ideally, keep it indoors or under a porch, away from direct sunlight.
How are these personalized figurines made?
Our skilled artisans handcraft each unique piece from the photos you send us.
They start with the face of the figurine and send you a photo for approval. They then make the body and style it to match the design you chose.
How can I follow the progress of my order?
You will receive photos and progress updates of your figurine by email.
At each step, you can request changes free of charge if the figurine does not match your photos. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will consider the proposal approved and continue production to avoid further delays.
Do you make personalized garden gnomes for weddings or birthdays?
Yes! Tell us the occasion (wedding, birthday, graduation) and we will suggest suitable poses and settings.

How big is the figurine?
The standard size is 15 cm (about 6 in); you can also choose 18 cm (about 7 in) or 20 cm (about 8 in). Larger sizes require more material and rescaling, so they cost extra.
